Where we ship
Worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us at support@jouliy.com before ordering.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time
1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time
Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs clearance. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, and delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take 1–3 days to begin updating.

Customs, duties and taxes
Any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Jouliy has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.

Wrong address
Email us as fast as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we can fix the address. Once it is with the carrier, we cannot change it.

Undelivered or lost parcels
If an order has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped once the correct address is provided.
