These terms govern your use of jouliy.com and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Jouliy. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Jouliy” refer to us, and “you” refers to the customer. You can reach us any time at support@jouliy.com or through our Contact page. We answer within 24 hours.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract in your country. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

Jouliy pieces are stainless steel with an 18K gold finish. They are not solid gold, and we describe them that way everywhere on this site. We work hard to photograph our pieces accurately, but screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Sizes are given as accurately as we can and small variations are normal in jewelry.

Products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue a product at any time, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your currency selector says otherwise, and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

Import duties or taxes charged by your own country are not included in the price and are your responsibility. See Shipping Policy.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you check out. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if payment fails, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Order & Delivery and Shipping Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

7. Returns and cancellation

Our Returns & Exchanges policy gives you 30 days from delivery to return an unworn piece. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained on our EU Right of Withdrawal page. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Lifetime Colour Guarantee

Our Lifetime Colour Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee we offer in addition to your legal rights. Its scope and exclusions are set out on that page.

9. Our content

The Jouliy name, logo, product photography, text and site design belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Content you submit

If you send us a review, photo or video, or tag us publicly, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it on our site and social channels with credit. You can ask us to stop using it at any time and we will. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape or copy it systematically, to interfere with its security, or to upload malicious code. We may suspend access if you do.

12. Third-party links

Our site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

13. Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, natural events or failures of communications networks.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Jouliy is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
