I can't find my shipping email
Check your spam and promotions folders first — it ends up there often. Still nothing? Message us with the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend it.
Tracking shows nothing yet
That is normal for the first 1–2 days. The number is created when the label is printed, and it only starts updating once the parcel is scanned into the network. Give it a few days before worrying.
Tracking hasn't moved in a week
International parcels often go quiet while they cross borders or sit in customs. If there has been no movement for more than 10 days, send us your order number, and we will chase it with the carrier.
It says delivered, but I don't have it
Check with anyone else at the address, your building reception, and any safe place the courier uses. If it still has not turned up after 48 hours, contact us, and we will open a case with the carrier.
My order still hasn't arrived
Get in touch with your order number, and we will find it for you. If an order has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, we will replace it or refund you in full.
