We only sell what we would wear ourselves every day — so we back it the way we would want it backed. If a Jouliy piece fades, tarnishes or changes colour through normal everyday wear, we replace it. No time limit.
What is covered
- Fading or dulling of the gold finish
- Tarnishing or discolouration
- The colour changing from showering, swimming, sweating or daily wear
What is not covered
We would rather be clear about this up front than argue about it later. The guarantee is about colour, not about accidents:
- Lost or stolen pieces
- Bent, snapped or physically damaged pieces
- Scratches and general marks from wear
- Damage from bleach, acetone, cleaning products, or perfume sprayed directly onto the piece
- Pieces altered or repaired by someone else
How to claim
- Message us with your order number.
- Send a clear photo of the piece in daylight.
- We reply within 24 hours and arrange your replacement.
No receipt hunting and no forms — your order in our system is all the proof we need.
Making it last
