EU Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: 4 September 2026

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This is in addition to our ordinary 30-day return policy, and you can use whichever suits you better.

The withdrawal period

It runs for 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, physically takes possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parcels, it runs from the day the last item arrives.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing — an email is enough. Write to support@jouliy.com with your order number, or use the model form below. You may use the form, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up.

Model withdrawal form

To: Jouliy, support@jouliy.com

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods:

Ordered on / received on: ____________________
Order number: ____________________
Name of consumer: ____________________
Address of consumer: ____________________
Signature (only if this form is sent on paper): ____________________
Date: ____________________

What happens next

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. It will not cost you anything.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning them. We recommend a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one, we refund only the standard cost.

Handling the goods

You may examine a piece as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any reduction in its value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as engraved pieces, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed — which includes earrings once the seal is broken.

Faulty goods

This page covers change of mind. If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, your statutory rights apply in full and we pay for the return. Just tell us.
